 This final quarter of Grade 10 showed me how much ive learned and grown. With each activity testing my perseverance and discipline. I managed to overcome these challenges through my utter mental strength and focus. One thing Ive learned from this school year is perseverance. There were lessons that I didnt understand all too well, setting me back a bit. But, I had no other choice but to move on and continue with my tasks. Discipline helped me finish my school work and stay focus on my studies. My teachers and my classmates also provided strong support and guidance during lessons and activities, listening to each others advice to reach our goals. I still dont know how i feel about the Grade 10 experience,  I feel like I need to improve in a lot of areas and this school year gave me lessons to help me fill the hole and help me improve.

 The 124th Foundation Day of Ilocos Sur National High School celebrated more than one hundred years of education and service to the community. The event reminded students, teachers, and staff of the school’s rich history and the pride they feel as part of a long-standing institution. The celebration included a parade where students, faculty members, and staff came together to express their school spirit. One of the main highlights was the year-level dance presentations. Each group performed with creativity, enthusiasm, and cooperation. Their performances displayed the students’ talents and the strong unity within the school community.  Every year, when Valentine’s Day comes around, everything suddenly feels extra sweet. There are flowers, chocolates, handwritten letters, and cute posts online. People seem more thoughtful, more expressive, and more open about how they feel. Valentines means not saving our kindness for February 14. It’s about checking in on a friend when they’ve been quiet lately. It’s about thanking your parents for the small things they do every day. It’s about telling someone you appreciate them, even when there’s no special occasion. Love doesn’t always have to be dramatic or expensive. Most of the time, it’s found in the simple things. I’ve realized that the moments that stay with us aren’t always the big surprises. They’re the shared laughs, and the quiet support when things get hard. Those are the real Valentine’s Day moments unexpected, genuine, and warm. When we make love part of our everyday actions, it feels more real and less like a performance.

 I went to the Vigan City Fiesta for the Conversion of St. Paul. This Vigan City Fiesta was really something. It made me think that celebrations are not about the things that happen but about the time we spend with other people. The Vigan City Fiesta was at night. It was very bright because of all the carnival lights. I heard people laughing and music playing. I saw families and kids having a lot of fun on the amusement rides at the Vigan City Fiesta. This made me remember that we can be happy when we do things together. The Vigan City Fiesta felt like a break from our lives. It was a time when everyone could just be together and have a time, at the Vigan City Fiesta. 3rd Quarter Reflection  a. Ive learned a lot of new lessons this quarter. From science discussing about evolution and genome sequencing to Filipino discussing stories like Ang Alaga. b.  The problems I have encountered in the 3rd quarter is a lack of discipline and not understanding some lessons given by my teachers. c. I will address these challenges by hopefully changing the way I study, even if it is small progress and I need to be more attentive, listen and engage more in class. d. Moving on, I will try to become a better version of myself for the next quarter, do better in class, listen attentively to my teachers, do good in quizzes and activities, and hopefully graduate from Grade 10.

It commemorates the day that Jesus Christ was born symbolizing selfless love and compassion. Christmas is not only about festivities and celebrations, but it's also a time for strengthening ones relationship with God. Another important essence of Christmas is togetherness. Despite limited means, he worked hard to pursue education, eventually graduating from the University of the Philippines College of Law. During the second quarter, I learned a lot of valuable things. In science, I learned about the electromagnetic spectrum and mirrors and how they worked and how to graph for the light waves, in research I learned about the parts of a research paper, in ICT I learned how to do HTML coding, in mathematics I learned about circles, the parts of it and how to solve equations, in filipino I learned about myths, sonnets, and stories from the bible, in AP I learned about the economic systems and how they affect communities, in English I improved my writing and reading comprehension. Each of these subjects helped me gain new knowledge and develop practical skills that I can HOPEFULLY use outside of school.         A major play into the vulnerability of Filipinos is the countries economic and social structure. A significant portion of the Philippines population particularly on the coastal and rural areas are sectors like agriculture and fisheries. The rapid and sudden environmental shifts such as intense droughts and flooding has led to crop failure, and loss of livelihood leading families into deeper poverty. The predominant reasons for the sudden changes in environment are an effect of both natural and human factors.         Several other factors that worsen the situation is the unsustainable use of land practices, and poorly planned urbanization.  The intramurals is an event in where student get meaningful opportunities to engage in physical activity, socialize, and develop their athletic skills. The intramurals first started with a parade with each grade level wearing their jerseys with high hopes of coming out on top.  There was a pageant in where all the grade levels showcase their best looking man and woman idk how to explain. In between the pageant we had little breaks in where there would be dance performances and even a band performance (nice one Aces).  The basketball tip-offs and games were fun to watch and people from the stands and even from outside were cheering on. I couldn't watch the dance sport because I was an athlete for football and we had to eat and rest in the meantime, but my friend told me that it was a fun watch and that people were mostly on their phones.  Short Thematic The more people who work on the well-being of the earth, the better the results.  Lowering the consumption and waste minimization of buying less things with minimum packaging, we also have to recycle such as bags and bottles of water. Simple acts of saving water and energy can have a huge impact in saving power. Planting trees and engaging in clean up drives can create awareness and contribution to a healthier ecosystem.

 My Nutrition Month Experience   I have learned and experience interesting things about the nutrition month celebration. One of the interesting things I experienced is the food fest, I saw a lot of products all made from nutritional and healthy foods and our section also had a few products to sell. Nutrition month changed my perspective on how I see food. It's about making better food choices, and also about taking care of your body and mind.
